Do people need a ContentNod account to open a share link?
No. Anyone with the link can open it in a browser. You decide whether they can only watch, or also leave notes, approve or download.
Can I stop a link from working?
Yes. Switch it off at any time, or set an expiry date when you create it.
Do guest notes show up for my team?
Yes. Guest notes appear in the same thread as everyone else’s, labelled “Share link”, and your team can reply to them.
