No. Videos are stored as the original file, so quality is exactly what your editor exported.
How big can a video be?
Large reels upload in parts and can resume after a dropped connection, so big 4K exports are fine.
Can the client see older versions?
Yes. Every version is kept with its comments, so anyone can see what changed between v1 and v2.
