Terms of use

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms apply to the ContentNod website and app, operated by RethinkUX. By using them you agree to these terms. If you use ContentNod on behalf of an agency or business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

Free trial and plans

New agencies start with a free trial (14 days unless the plan says otherwise). No credit card is needed. We email the agency owner before the trial ends. If no paid plan is chosen, the workspace pauses: nothing is deleted, and it reopens as soon as a plan is active. Each plan sets limits such as brands, team members, storage and automatically published posts. You'll never be charged without agreeing to it first.

Your content

You (and your clients) own everything you upload: calendars, captions, videos, images and comments. You give us permission only to store, process and display that content to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

Acceptable use

  • Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware.
  • Don't try to access other agencies' data, break security, or overload the service.
  • Keep sign-in links private; anyone with an unused link can sign in as you during its 15 minutes.

Availability and backups

We work hard to keep ContentNod available and back up the database regularly, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important master files.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ContentNod is provided “as is”, and RethinkUX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or a missed posting date. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using ContentNod at any time and ask us to delete your agency's data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
